Question:

I like to consider myself as a photojournalistic and an editorial wedding photographer. I can blend into the background and capture candid moments throughout the day, and also give direction & guidance on how to pose when necessary, especially while doing portraits and formals.

how would you describe your style of photography?

Answer:

Question:

I recommend first booking in a meeting or video/phone call with me here. After we’ve discussed your wedding details I’ll send you over a proposal and booking form. Once that is signed I ask for a 25% deposit to secure your date with me.

How do we book you?

Question:

Answer:

I don't want to be just a number to you, so I’d love to introduce myself and get to know you and what your needs are before jumping into pricing. Wedding photography is about so much more than getting a great deal (which I offer!) – it's about finding the right person that you connect with, so you feel comfortable enough to be yourself on your wedding day.

Question:

Answer:

ARE YOU INSURED?

Absolutely. I'm insured for the industry standard, so if your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance, I'd be more than happy to provide them with a copy.

Question:

Weddings usually take 4 to 6 weeks and Engagement sessions take about 3 weeks.

how long does it usually take to receive our photos?

Answer:

Question:

The short answer is no. I'm not sure why you'd even want them. RAW files are huge and take up heaps of space, you need special photo editing software to even view them, and they don't retain the editing. They're a pain to be honest! You'll receive all of the photos that I took of your day, less any blinking, over exposed, unedited images. I believe my editing style is what makes my work so special and gives it its artistic value. I consider my work to be only 50% complete without applying my signature edits. I guarantee that I don’t deliver any unedited photos! I take the time to review and edit every single photo one at a time to make sure you receive every precious moment that was captured.

Do you deliver raw/unedited files?

Answer:

Question:

Yes, I highly recommend booking one of my packages with a second photographer! Having a second photographer is great for getting different angles and perspectives of specific moments during your wedding that the main photographer cannot get. Our second photographers are not just students or photographers in training. They are fully dedicated wedding professionals who are capable of leading weddings themselves. A second photographer is also great if you and your partner are getting ready at different locations and logistically it wouldn’t make sense for one photographer to shoot both destinations.
